By accessing and using the services provided by Fox Way Properties LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Program Name: Fox Way Properties LLC SMS Alerts
Program Description: We use SMS to coordinate land acquisition details and follow up on property inquiries with customers who have opted in via our website form.
Cancellations: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@foxwayproperties.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Fox Way Properties LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
